The Perfect Photo Day
When we show up to your youth organization we don't simply come with just a camera and order forms. We bring the show by setting up a full team and individual photo shoot area including tents, a flagged off area and cashier station. With this setup we are sure that your teams will be treated with the most professional photo process and will be in and out quickly!

Dual Photo Stations
Our goal is to provide you with the best individual photos that you have ever had! To do this we have incorporated studio lighting and custom backgrounds inside our new dual bay photo stations! These tents ensure that each child gets the attention they deserve and also makes photo day move quickly so that you get the best possible photo day experience.
With the controlled lighting you will no longer get squinting eyes, wind blown hair and over/under exposed photos ever again!
Easy Photo Day Checkout!
We want to give your parents the best experience possible when it comes to placing and paying for their orders on photo day! With our easy checkout system parents can view our new product wall on our cashier station. This gives them the ability to view all of the available products on photo day! Inside the cashier station they can turn in their order forms with payment using cash, check and now credit/debit cards using our new Square on site payment system!
This new cashier station ensures that placing an order on photo day is a quick and easy process for all your parents!
The Pick-A-Pose System
We know that it's not fun to get the same pose every single time you have a photo day so we did something to change that!
The new Pick-A-Pose system gives each player the ability to choose from any of the approved poses when they walk up to have their photo taken. Of course this is only for our older players, but our photographers can also use this system to make sure they get the pose correct for the younger players as well!

Our Photo Day Process!
Schedule
We begin with scheduling your photo day dates and times!
Order Forms
We send out our order forms 2 weeks ahead of photo day so parents can have time to choose their packages.
30 Min Arrival
We ask that all teams arrive 30 mins prior to the scheduled photo time to ensure everyone is there when it is time to start taking photos!
Delivery
Your finished photos will be delivered within 3 weeks of the photo day. Talk to us about our delivery methods!
